Refactored device configuration and file layout
tftWidth and tftHeight are now used instead of defined macros
Cleaned some stuff up
Removed the need for platform forking, patch is done on the fly
Renamed some macros to their "More common" defines (M5 Stuff mainly)
Move global headers to include folder
Added more stuff to Device Information
(I really dont wanna remake this PR again)
